For the comfort of our guests, we ask that you follow these policies:

~Check-in is between 3 p.m.  and 8 p.m.   (Please call if you need to check in earlier or later)
~Check-out is 11 a.m.
~Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to day of arrival in order to
  avoid a being charged for the room.
~No shows will be charged for the room.
~Rates do not include state and local taxes
~We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover
~Smoking allowed on outside porches and decks only
~Pets may be allowed in Carriage House with prior approval from the Innkeeper.  Pet deposit of
 $25 per pet required at time of check-in (2 pet limit) refundable after check-out inspection.
~Minimum stay may be required during certain holidays and events.
